Shop My Stash: ABH Prism Palette

I love following the work of professional makeup artists and one that I have been really enjoying lately is It's Crystal on Youtube.  As a pro artist, she's able to give great guidance and tips for makeup application.  Definitely, check her out if you haven't before.

So recently Crystal shared an eyeshadow look with the ABH Prism Palette (LE) that I thought was gorgeous.  The Palette retails for $42.00 at Sephora, but it has been placed on sale several times since it launched.

You can click on the following link or watch below to see Crystal's look with the palette.

She made the look really approachable from a collection of colors that I wasn't sure I would use.  As I was watching I was initially thinking that maybe I'd buy the palette.  The more I thought about it, I started to realize I could create something with items I already own that was close to her look.  So I watched it again and gave it some thought.  I was able to come up with a combination that I feel gave me the same feeling.  I just had to remind myself that sometimes taking inspiration from a look is fun too.

What she used from the ABH Prism Palette
  1. Unity (matte creamy Latte) used to set the crease area
  2. Lure (soft greyed out plum) used to deepen the socket
  3. Osiris (purple blue with pink reflects) used as the lid color and blown out to the crease
  4. Dimension (metallic lavender sheen) used to spotlight the center of the lid
